How do I rent marquee(s) letters?  Book Now button or email us

How do I setup the marquee(s) letters? We can drop it off and let us take care of the installation there is a travel fee. If you decide to pick it up you just need to be close to an electrical outlet. They monkey tie to each other.

How big are the marquee(s) letters? 4ft tall and 3ft wide.

What size of vehicle do I need? I recommend an SUV

How do I return my marquee(s) letters? Marquees are considered all-day rentals. We do require the marquees to be returned the following day.

What day should I choose my marquee(s) letters? We suggest at least 7-10 days before your event. It doesn’t mean we won’t have marquees if you inquired 2 days before your event.

Custom Marquee Letters Orders

When will my order ship? Custom neons are made-to-order and are shipped within 3-4 weeks after they’re placed. Email us: if you have an event date that it must arrive by. Expedited production & shipping available for an extra fee.

Does expedited production guarantee delivery by my event date? We guarantee expedited orders will ship within 3 weeks. If your event is less than 3 weeks away please, email us if you have a specific date. Expedited production does not include overnight shipping, especially for custom marquee orders.

What if my marquee(s) letters arrive broken? It’s very rare, but sometimes you have carriers that are not gentle with packages. If so we can resent a new marquee(s) once we receive the broken item.
